Hmm.. what to change about your service? That's a hard question. Every person we met who is with Lincolnberg was and is exceptional. I cannot think of anything else to say other than keep up the good (scratch that) EXCELLENT work!! If you do find a way to better your services you are truly great because I am stumped on how you can improve your already excellent ways.

Just wanted to say what a wonderful experience it was to build a house with Lincolnberg. From the start to finish was a painless process. Concern for the customer and home quality is always the first priority.

We wouldn't change anything with the warranty process. It's great that you remind us of our important dates and the homeowner website is extremely user friendly. The customer service we have received from the deck stairs to landscaping to the very few and minor items in our home at the 6 month mark has honestly exceeded our expectations. You guys have been awesome to work with!
